FLEXIBLE rate:

• Flexible rates allow modification and cancellation until 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.
• If the customer does not show up at the hotel or cancels after 12:00 noon on the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will be made and the rest of the reservation will be cancelled.

NON-REFUNDABLE:

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of arrival. After that, a penalty of 100% of the reservation will be charged.
• These rates cannot be modified.
• EARLY BIRD (subject to change depending on the hotel)
• Possibility to modify or cancel the stay up to 5 days before the arrival date.
• After these 5 days, the first night will be charged.

RESERVATIONS THROUGH THIRD PARTIES

FLEXIBLE:

• Reservations may be cancelled or modified until 12:00 noon on the day before the arrival date.
• If cancelled after this time or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

NON-REFUNDABLE:

• Reservations cannot be modified or cancelled at any time.
• If cancelled or in the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
• EARLY BIRD (May vary depending on establishment and season)
• Reservations may be modified or cancelled up to 5 days prior to the arrival date.
• After these 5 days, the first night will be charged.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Flexible rate (direct channel or third parties): direct payment at the hotel.

Non-refundable rate (direct channel or third parties): charged at the time of booking.

Advance booking (direct channel or third parties): direct payment at the hotel.

Travelodge reserves the right to pre-authorise the card to verify its validity, but payment will be made at the hotel upon arrival.

Upon check-in, guests must present the same payment card used to make the reservation. You will be required to sign the payment slip upon arrival.

GROUPS (10 rooms or more)

PAYMENTS

• A 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• Payment covering 40% of the total number of rooms booked must be made 45 days in advance.
• The group must be paid in full 15 days in advance.

CANCELLATIONS/REDUCED BOOKINGS

• Up to 45 days prior to the arrival date, the applicable cancellation fee will be 10% of the total booking.
• Between 45 and 16 days prior to the arrival date, the applicable cancellation fee will be 40% of the total booking.
• Between 15 and 8 days prior to the arrival date, the applicable penalty will be 90% of the total booking.

Between 7 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the applicable penalty will be 100% of the total booking.
